CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md.
An off duty D.C. Police officer was shot at Saturday during an attempted robbery at a gas station in Capital Heights, according to Prince George's County Police.
The suspect was trying to steal the purse of the off -duty officer out of her car.
"the suspect fired a shot at the officer"
"occupied by three to four black males"
