WASHINGTON (AP) — Deep-seated racial misgivings could cost Barack Obama the White House if the election is close, according to an AP-Yahoo News poll that found one-third of white Democrats harbor negative views toward blacks — many calling them "lazy," "violent," responsible for their own troubles.


40 percent of all white Americans hold at least a partly negative view toward blacks, and that includes many Democrats and independents.


More than a third of all white Democrats and independents — voters Obama can't win the White House without — agreed with at least one negative adjective about blacks, according to the survey, and they are significantly less likely to vote for Obama than those who don't have such views.


"We still don't like black people," said John Clouse, 57, reflecting the sentiments of his pals gathered at a coffee shop in Somerset, Ohio.

Given a choice of several positive and negative adjectives that might describe blacks, 20 percent of all whites said the word "violent" strongly applied. Among other words, 22 percent agreed with "boastful," 29 percent "complaining," 13 percent "lazy" and 11 percent "irresponsible." When asked about positive adjectives, whites were more likely to stay on the fence than give a strongly positive assessment.

Although whites were uwilling to assign positive traits to niggers, they were also mostly unwilling to assign negative traits to them.

So, this poll really doesn't tell us much.... whites are somewhere in between, or, at least are unwilling to admit that they hate niggers when asked about it. And given the nigger loving enviornment we live under, i'd bet my last dollar on the latter.

It appears that 14% of white Democrats think niggers are violent, while it's 20% for whites overall.

That's what they're to imply, that if you don't vote for Obama you're either a bigot or racist. It's stupid as hell, why don't they consider some other options, such as "I won't vote for Obama because he's the racist and proof is Jeremiah Wright's sermons!", "He's stated several times he's wanting to take from the wealthy and give to the undeserving, and I'm wealthy!", or "He lacks experience to run a country, look at how long he's been a politician?" all legitimate reasons yet they want to blame it on White racism. I bet it's also skewed due to them taking a poll, I bet the numbers favors us far far more than pollsters realize. I'm not, once you work around them you realize almost immediately that your supervisor will ride your ass to enough work to cover the nigger's lack of production.
