which is funnier, "Saturday Night Live" or "Mad TV"

which do you guys find funnier, SNL or Mad TV? I personally think Mad TV is better written; I know it's probably sacriligeous, but I never found anyone on SNL to be particularly funny except for the late Phil Hartman and the late Chris Farley; I'll tell you what, that show has 9 lives.

SNL without Phil Hartman is a waste. MAD tv made me laugh a few times, especially the prison video dating commercial they did.

They both suck. the best show on cable is the late night Fox News show 'Red Eye'. It's hilarious!!!

It's true that they both suck now. I prefer MadTV from the Will Sasso days. I haven't really watched SNL since the Chris Farley days. SNL always seemed to slant to the left of center and MADTV will basically make fun of anything, even NIGGERS.
