NYC cabbies subject to fines, loss of cab if they refuse to pick up niggers

I heard this story on a rerun of Howard the other day and found the article. Granted, it's about 9 years old but it is complete bullshit. I really don't think cab drivers feel like getting robbed and murdered. It would be interesting to see what became of this story. I will file an update if I find one.

I lived in NYC. Heartbreaking new for the liberals. Most cabbies are immigrants. It doesn't take the immigrant long to hate the nigger. In fact, if a taxi does pick up a nigger, the taxi driver is American.
