since i live in germany and have no contact to n...... i dont have anything against them, just think its funny reading this stuff (as long as the bashing is in written form only)

I don't know what the laws are in Germany, but here in the US, our 1st Amendment guarantees our right to freedom of speech. It reads:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The first Amendment (and all other rights) are protected by the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution, which guarantees our right to bear arms:

"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

How is it illegal? I live in a country with strict laws also. If you look at this way niggers use the term all the time so that should be illegal then too right?
