Anywhere between 8 and 25 teenage niggers would gather in front of a section 8 niggers home. Every day they were yelling, screaming, littering, using vulgar language and intimidate other home owners in the neighborhood. I jumped all over their TNB a few days ago.
They refused to believe our city has a noise ordinance and they didn’t care what I thought about their TNB. I told them to keep on laughing because I'm personally going to see that their TNB stopped and I'd be laughing then. Well, I'm ROTFLMFAO. The niggers have been owned.
Quite a few people probably aren't aware, your city is likely to have ordinances/laws in place for just this type of TNB. Most of these are viewable online. Quite a few take some research to find though. I'd suggest going to your cities website and looking for code compliance links.
Once you find your area does have these ordinances/laws, forget trying to get a patrol officer to enforce them. It's a waste of time and really not their job. Write a brief, informative, professional letter to the Chief of Police, the Mayor or City Council. These departments are where your going to get a response from. Again, be nice, professional and don’t demand anything or make your letter sound pushy. Just the facts.
You can also go to your cities land record department and get information about who owns the property. If they're renting out the property, it will be up to them to make sure their tenants comply with the ordinances and laws. Send the landlord a certified letter, make a copy of the letter, get the post office to post date it and mail it to yourself. Don’t open it, keep it for your records in the event you end up in a court of law. You'll be letting the judge open the sealed, post dated envelope that will be a powerful credibility tool.
Again, look for those ordinances/laws. Practice your rights respectfully, and take your neighborhoods back from the TNB. Here's the website that holds all of the ordinances for my city and quite a few others.

I'm still LMAO that I owned these teenage niggers bad, real bad. The Chief of Police called me personally and wrote the landlord a warning letter, two uniformed officers have talked sternly with the tenants, and warned the nigger kids. The City will fine the landlord $500 if it continues and the Chief asked me to call him directly if the TNB started again.
