WOW did I ever miss out. If I had only known if I was blind then I wouldn't have to listen to law enforcement. Makes me wish I could have been blind to. If so I could commit all kinds of crimes. When the officer responds to arrest me I could continue to walk away and ignore the officers instructions. Then after I am taken to jail my case would be no billed and dropped.
I had no idea that in the law it states one shall listen and abide by a lawful order given by a law enforcement officer. With the exception of the blind. Maybe blind but no deaf. I say kudos to Deputy Clemmons for his conduct and professionalism. What was he supposed to do let a possible criminal just walk away. The “blind” man heard his orders to stop refused to stop and suffered the consequences.
The “blind” man was lucky TLC wasn’t there he would have shot him.
