This nigger was pimp walking down the streets of Harlem when he comes upon a white guy in a hard hat jumping up and down on a manhole cover yelling "99! 99! 99! 99!."
The nigger says "yo white boy why you be saying dat"? The white guy says "climb on down and see for yourself."
So the white guy remove the manhole cover and the nigger climbs down the ladder, enjoying the down home smell all the while.
The white guy slams the cover back on, starts jumping up and down and starts yelling "100! 100! 100! 100!."
