This happened about a year ago at my old job. We were having some issues with the internet cutting out 4-5 times a day, and the phone also cutting out in the middle of calls. One day our internet just shut out completely, so I was told to call the company, I think it was Verizon, and have them send someone over to check it out. Of course I was on the phone for 2 hours and every customer service rep I spoke to was a nigger.
So an hour after that, a repair truck pulls up...And out pops this older looking buck with a toolbox. My boss and I showed the nig where the modem was, and had it look it over. The buck was back there for about 20 minutes, making a ton of noise. We figured he was actually fixing something.
The buck comes back over to us after being there for 20 minutes and goes "I be don't know what's goin' on wit de modem...Here's what might fix it, though." Finally, I thought, we'd have internet! The buck proceeds to take out a piece of paper and a pen and write down a phone number. "Dis be da numbah fo' Berizon's help desk. Call dis and dey can help you through."
My boss fucking FLIPPED! Not only was the buck insisting we be charged something like $100 for him to do nothing, but had it been something we could fix ourselves, then customer service rep would've told us that. My boss asked for the repair nig's name and employee number, but the buck copped an attitude and refused to give it. However, the buck gave up and left, and we didn't have to pay, and the next day someone more qualified (AKA a white guy) came in and fixed the problem in, like, 2 minutes.
However, I have to mention one thing. When I said we didn't have to pay for the nig's visit, I meant it was just that day. A few weeks later Verizon was calling us saying we had an outstanding fee from this nigger's visit, and we'd have to pay it or have our service shut off and be charged extra. This is another story and another headache entirely, though.
