Local leaders and teachers joined together with the Urban League for this study from 2002-2006. What they found they say is alarming.

About 77 percent of African-American students didn't meet basic standards in reading. Eighty-five percent failed to reach that benchmark in math. That's over a 30 percentage point difference when you compare the statistics with white students in District 186.



"Most people are aware this is a nation-wide issue. It's not something unique to Springfield. So we just really wanted to, based on research and other literature, take a look at how it affects Springfield," said Sheila Stocks-Smith, the Mayor's Education Liaison.

First, she is a College graduate with a degree in Teaching. Math is her field of expertise. She is now entering her twenty sixth year in the class room so she is well seasoned and well grounded.

About five years ago she became 'Nationally Board Certified'. This was a rigorous course of study and tests that you must endure and pass in order to get the certification. Very few Teachers get this as there is so much work and time involved. Imagine teaching all day then coming home and studying how to teach all night! It almost killed her (as well as me!)

Last year she received her Master' in Teaching. I won't even begin to describe that as you all know what's involved.

As her career has progressed, she has steadily moved up from the 'slow' kids to the more advanced kids. By last year, she had reached the top 'rung' of her department and was teaching courses like A.P. Calculus, Trig, and all the rest of the stuff that makes me wince. She EARNED those classes and the GOOD WHITE students that went with them. No nigger thugs, no sixteen year old Baby-mamas and no whiny, bitching parents who blame their nigglets failure on YOU! Just good, clean, mostly White (some Hispanics and a few Asians) kids whose parents really gave a damn about what their kid was doing. Now, thanks to the FUKKING GAWDDAMN LIBERAL WHINEY-ASSES POLITICIANS all that has come to an end.

This year, she has been 'moved' to the Freshman hall where she is back teaching the same kids she dealt with fifteen fukkin years ago!!! The belief is that "we must take our best teachers and pair them up with the 'special needs' kids as they are 'in danger!' So who suffers? EVERYBODY.

All of her advanced classes are now being taught by much less qualified, rookie and inexperienced teachers. The feeling here is that these kids are smart enough to do well no matter WHO teaches them! They don't 'need' all that teaching experience so they can just eat shit (so to speak0.

All of her years of experience are now being WASTED on the likes of Jamal, LaQuishia and Martin-Luther who could really give a shit about 'skool'. She comes home and tells me stories of her day and my blood just boils. Half of them are usually 'absent' and the other half are too busy playing 'Muh Dikk' and 'Muh Poosey' to really care what ever the teacher is doing. And GOD FORBID the teacher tries to discipline any of them. No, no NO!

Thus, she is still in my wife's class room and my wife is scared to deal with her. Says she is a land mine just waiting to be triggered. Yet, there she stays because the SPINLESS, PC, FUKKING LIBTARDS in the administration are afraid of 'causing offense and possibly upsetting her!!!!!!'

My wife seriously wonders if she will make it through the last few years till retirement. Up until last year, it was looking like smooth sailing till the end. Now we are seriously talking about cashing in the equity we have built up in our house and moving somewhere cheap where she won't have to put up with this shit anymore. I have told her there are some wonderful mostly White communities in the Texas Hill country that would LOVE to hire her. And, to me, living there amongst nothing but Whites and Hispanics would be as close as one is going to get to heaven on this earth! I believe next summer I'm going to convince her to takes a week's vacation there. She'll see. Then these filthy nigger-loving PC shit bags can hug their niggers all they want. The answer to the problem is quite simple, but none dare talk about it. What we need are special nigga skooz. Its first mission would be to keep the niglets off the streets for eight hours a day. Let them shoot hoops, play video games, or whatever it is that niglets like to do. You offer basic classes in reading and simple arithmetic for those who'd like to attend, but don't force it. If little Jamal or Laquisha seem to be doing exceptionally well, then you offer them the opportunity to attend more challenging classes.

That way, everyone's happy. No niglets running wild to bother the humans during the day, the niglets aren't constantly frustrated by being held to unrealistic expectations, they get a preview of Nigger U where they're headed anyway, the high yellows are taken care of and they won't be fucking up in classes with human students because they've already proven themselves able and willing to actually learn.
