Yeah sure, the cops have everything in control right now. Then why is that the Oakland Police has billboards everywhere offering $70,000 starting pay for police? Obviously no one is taking the bait because these billboards have been up for the good part of a year! $70,000 isn't much good if a worthless nigger shoots you in the head!
