Here is some comedy for you. About 1000 Black Chicago Public School (CPS) students and their parents along with African American senator James Meeks boycotted the first day of school and made a trip to New Trier Township High School in an attempt o register for classes there.
Although the students can only attend classes at New Trier by proving they live in the area, this act was merely a symbolic act by Meeks to garner attention to what Blacks perceive as the lack of funding to the Chicago Public School system.

Their ineptitude amazes me. A black senator using them as pawns for his own political gain. The Black community states that it's because of inadequate funding that their children score poorly on standardized tests and eventually move on to matriculate at 4 year colleges/universities.
The truth is that the state didn't fail them, it's the parents of these children that failed them. Blacks in this country only complain and expect state/federal handouts to alleviate their situation. They refuse to help themselves. They are loathed by all the other ethnic races for this reason and it's why we choose not to integrate with them.
My parents immigrated here 35 years ago from India with nothing. Since then, millions of us have moved to the United States. We worked/studied hard to build successful careers as entrepreneurs, businessmen, physicians, attorneys, educators, technology/medical professionals, scientists, and politicians.
We accomplished this because of the will to succeed (will to power).
Affirmative action does not apply to us in the United States. My race proved its competence.
The parents of the children in those communities failed and not the system. There are those who eventually break the cycle of poverty either by excelling academically or exploiting skills such as entrepreneurship, sports, or music; however, too many get caught up in the cycle of gang violence which has plagued those communities for decades now.
How much more of a budget do we need to allocate?
If we donate additional funding to those communities, will more children score higher on standardized tests and matriculate at 4 year colleges/universities? ABSOLUTELY NOT!
The parents of those children failed.
Stop with the additional funding and free handouts. Let survival of the fittest determine the fate of the Black community. They will eventually destroy themselves and we will not have to deal with the situation.
My race achieved great prosperity. The Black communities in the south side of Chicago are nothing more than a 'menace to society'.
