I do like the original Kitchen Nighmares show, not the US version (too dumbed down) or Boiling Point. As for Hell's Kitchen, it's as stupid as any other reality TV last-one-standing show.

H.K. used to be a good technical program on training serious chefs for large scale operations. By season three it went downhill into the reality show level with lots of cheapo idiotic behavior and critters pretending to be good cooks or chefs. I am surprised at some of the low life types they chose to be members of the cast. I don't bother to watch very much if something else is on.
