Are there limits on the size of an mp3 that can be uploaded? So far I haven't found any "freemp3hosting" sites...

Otherwise, I'd be happy to read the entire book in mp3 and upload it...

try using the text to speech reader in adobe reader then use a sound card recorder its better than microsoft reader

Now, on a more serious note. My book got me noticed by the good ole Homeland Security folks. One of them in particular has a grade-A "case of the azz" for me.

hahaha! If writing about bio-terrorism makes me a suspect, then how the HELL does the author of "Sum of All Fears" (Tom Clancy?) manage to remain a free man????

Any and all prayers for this guy to come to his senses are appreciated.

Greetings fellow Chimpout lovers!

It's been a while, so I thought I'd update the old thread. After I posted the book, I managed to attract the attention of Homeland Security. On October 5th of 2010, I got served with a search warrant, and a couple dozen cops with automatic weapons and even a couple of dogs swarmed all over my little acre of land. Lord knows what they were looking for, but as you can see, I'm still out here in the real world.

It was sad, really. I mean, the little guy with DHS isn't all that bad, not really. Young, new to DHS and probably hoping to make a name for himself, but he made one HUGE mistake. He didn't listen to what I told him.

For some reason, DHS (and most other law enforcement folks, I suppose) believes that they can tell if you're lying by your eyes. But, believe it or not, I am severely uncomfortable with looking people in the eyes. Always have been. It's probably because I had an asshole of a stepfather when I was a kid, and anytime I looked him in the eyes it was taken as defiance or even a challenge.

I hear big dogs react like that. hahahah! And didn't I hear something like that in the last Rambo movie? The scene where he is carrying the do-gooders up-river into Burma...the pirates stop his boat and he warns his passengers..."don't look'em in the eye or they'll kill you!"...

Whatever the reason, I told the little feller from day one that I am no danger to anyone, except maybe myself! hahaha! I live "off the grid" and I've learned that diesel fuel is a good way to heat your home in the winter. Sometimes I use propane, too. I have 55 gallon barrels that I use for water storage. I have played around with home-made black powder, because I am fascinated with Civil War re-enactments. We have a horrible problem with mosquitoes in south Alabama, so we burn diesel fuel in "tiki torches", and the smoke seems to chase the "skeeters" away. Not to mention, the price of real tiki fuel is outrageous!!! I wrote the Phinehas book, using stories I've heard over the CB radio, mixed with my own fertile imagination.

He couldn't see it. To him, the diesel fuel meant fertilizer bombs. Even tho I didn't have any fertilizer there, unless you count a half-bag of potassium nitrate prills. Potassium Nitrate and diesel make a funky soup, but far as I know, it don't go bang.

He talked with some former friends of mine, and they told him I was dangerous. One of them told him I was an expert at making biological weapons. Others told him what he wanted to hear. Never mind that people develop a VICIOUS HATRED of you once they learn that you're racist. Never mind that, at one time, every one of them had trusted me with their property, their kids, with EVERYTHING. Never mind that there was ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE of any of this crap going on at my place....he rounded up 25 of his closest friends and spent a few hours going thru my stuff until they finally gave up and left...

They didn't exactly leave empty handed, tho. I repair computers for a hobby. Keep me supplied with coffee or alcohol, and I'll get ur computer up and running again. To do that, I had a collection of old programs going back to the mid 1990's, along with every Windows Operating System since Win95. I had TONS of beta programs that I used to help people decide if they wanted to buy the real deal. I had a bunch of Alex Jones DVD's. I had several paperback books, such as "Soldiers of God", by Howard Bushart. I had "Hunting Eric Rudolph", written by a Georgia lawman. I had other books, equally legal, equally harmless, but all of it wound up in their paper bags...

To make a long story short, it's been eight months as of this post since I was "raided" by the good officers of DHS and other agencies. Since then, I've applied for and received a Concealed Carry "pistol permit". I've applied for and renewed my Commercial Drivers' License. I am still in full legal possession of a couple of firearms. I haven't been arrested and I haven't been warned to "lay low" and my employer hasn't been contacted. Pretty soon I intend to apply for a license to haul HazMat, and to apply for a Passport. And I expect to receive both.

To be sure, I suspect that "the lil fat girl" has been keeping an eye on me, but that's to be expected. I'd bet a week's pay that she knew about the Search Warrant and showed up ahead of the cops, so as to make sure me and my brother were outside, in plain view, away from any weapons.

Honest Injun, tho...I do not hold any hard feelings against the cops who raided me. All in all, they were very nice, once they realized they had been led on a wild goose chase, and I was THRILLED to have such an opportunity to introduce them to Christian Identity. Oh YES INDEEDY, I did introduce them to Identity!!! And I dare say that, even if they weren't converted on the spot, they left with a good feeling about Identity people in general.

Okay...as of right now, I'm working on an expanded version of the Phinehas book. I wanna add about 200 pages, and a BUNCH of new adventures, and maybe even a couple or three new characters. Might even expand some of the characters in the first book! I wanna explore the concept of Christian Identity, and spend some time explaining how the instinctive feeling we have about non-whites is nothing more complicated than God's Holy Spirit keeping us from laying down with animals...

I am all ears, as the little skinny guy used to say! Any thoughts or ideas or suggestions will be taken SERIOUSLY. I want the Phinehas book to be something that anyone on Chimpout would be proud to give to Mom or Dad or anyone they love.

Oh, one last thing. If you visit Free PDF Hosting, consider sending them a dollar? Not anything big, but just a dollar, if you really truly enjoy the book. They take PayPal, far as I know, and they've been very nice about hosting my book. Surely they've been hassled about it, but so far, they've not said one word to me about it.

You have a right to know what they were looking for, as well as a copy of the affidavit that they signed in order to get a judge to approve the search warrant. I think you should have called the judge that signed it, as well as filed a complaint with Internal Affairs.

I'm surprised they didn't confiscate your computer, that is one of their favorites.
