Why even general suspect descriptions are useful

In the city's fifth murder of the year, police were initially looking for a white man, but then the information changed.

"Sometimes the descriptions are better than others," said Topeka Police Major John Sidwell. "We want to get as good of information out as quickly as possible."

By the next morning, police said they were looking for a 6-foot tall black man and eventually they arrested Sterling Hall, III, a black man.

not giving suspect descriptions wil only give the niggers a chance to commit more crime. these liberal morons are ruining this country. liberals would rather take power away from police and law abiding people, than possibly offend the damn niggers.
