I'll always be in awe of Devo because they covered "The Words Get Stuck In My Throat" from "War of the Gargantuas"

this is a collection video of many clips. I post this just because this has a "dance" beat, so emulated by modern niggers that wish to rip off and copy electronic drums that were invented by...YOU GUESSED IT! A white man, by the name of jim motherbaugh in 1975, who happened to be the first drummer of devo....so guess what niggers? NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU TRY!!!
your shit music with drum machines was still invented by a white man...so fuck off niggers!! try again you fucking chimps!

man, that shit takes you back! I remember jamming to Devo on my Sony Walkman when I was 7 or 8, wearing courderoys and a Dukes of Hazzard tshirt! (also- I had Brian Adams on cassette... Fuck you! It was 1984!)

I had every album right up to Shout. Every single album is chocked full killer sound; it's a crying dang shame that their only was Whip It because it was probably the lamest song they ever recorded. Beautiful World, Snow Ball, The Day My Baby Gave Me A Suprise are my favs. There were bands like Oingo Boingo, but they never really compared to the genious of Devo. Give me a stack of Devo CD's and Kraft Werk CD's and I can rock out for days.

Wait a minute, Going Under, that is the best Devo song of all.
