Arrests made in Coon Rapids attacks
An 18-year-old man was charged with three felonies in connection with the assault and robberies of two Coon Rapids men in separate incidents.
Devonta Lewis, along with two juveniles, one 16 and the other 17, are accused of beating and robbing the men on Hanson Boulevard on May 7th.
