I was first thinking this 4 a.m lic. was bullshit and was done to give into the niggers bitching, but this is actually a good thing. This town has many 4 a.m bars downtown that were getting too many niggers in them. This will probly keep some niggers away from those downtown bars.
However, it's just a matter of time till the niggers will get their lic. revoked and invade the other bars again and make some of them inhabitable.
